SHORT BIOGRAPHY   (LAST UPDATED JUN 14th 2002)

el Segundo Generalissimo:
Parkside Web Development. A company dedicated in creating high quality dynamic websites that interact with the visitor, and draws data from powerful databases for seamless quick updates and web content. Work is by contract, and for very reasonable prices compared to other companies who use lesser quality cgi programs or poor quality cgi languages like Tango, Oracle, and ASP.
President:
IFX entertainment. This company creates visuals for various things, such as Web Pages, Computer Games, and Designs for Printing. It is a subsidiary of ShawComp studios.
ShawComp studios was the main conglomerate. Mainly physical drawings/illustrations for many occasions, they were known to do other things, such as interior/exterior design, and floor layouts. ShawComp studios is no longer around, because I found that IFX handled everything fine, and there was no need of another company above.
Webmaster:
I am a student of web weaving. Using Simpletext in the beginning, and then moving into BBEdit, I know how to create most anything for the web. HTML, Javascripting, PERL CGI, Databases and DHTML are some of my strong points. Not only do I know how to create web sites, I also know how they should be designed (ie: know of, and avoid doing all the hideous html rape that people do on the internet). Note that I use a standard TEXT editor... none of those lame inducing WYSINWYG editors.
Marathon Map Maker:
Labeled as one of the best map makers around for marathon. I have made many net maps since Marathon(1st). Major items created are: "Siege of Nor'Korh" and "Evil". Evil, was a creation with a small group of talented individuals. Other important items, would be 3 net maps, and the Vidmasters challenge maps, for Bungie in Marathon:Infinity (you can find me in the manual's credits! wee!). Many people know of my work from the many good net maps I have made for M1, M2, and Infinity, as well as add-on net maps for Evil itself. I created the forever demanded Pfhorte Map Making Guide. Now obsolete, but a very nice achievement that many enjoyed and used. I now make maps for other game companies due to the success of these creations for the Marathon Trilogy. "Hastur I am not."
Map Maker etc:
Quake, Unreal, Myth, or whatever... I do it or will do it. However, I really haven't gotten into levels for Quake or Unreal as much as Marathon. I got my reasons.
IRC:
Been hanging around IRC for over 8 years now, not so much now as I used too though. Mostly idle for if people need to talk to me. Visited channels are: #quiver #nardo #myth #macunreal #macquake #bungie. My nick is either Fm iFm, or Frigidman. Depending on my mood and will to be left alone.
GameRanger:
Know as Frigidman, duh... or Account #2. I am there from time to time to talk to friends. I am quite liberal with my ignore button... so don't be surprised if you gain no response from me when asked for.
AIM:
I can be found on AOL Instant Messenger as "thefrigidman". "Frigidman" was already taken, because I had used that ages ago for the service, and well... forgot my password ;-)
Martial Artist:
I'm a student in the filipino martial arts Kemscrima-Doh. Started back in 1986, I had kept up my training at every chance I got. Unfortunately after a move away from the west coast, I cannot find instructors out east for it. "If you can't control your mind, you can't control anything." I've pondered switching to a different style.
Artist:
An actual artist that uses the grungy messy tools of the trade. After all, you can't learn to be a great computer artist if you have not ever gotten your hands dirty. Still for hire for all sorts artistic (by hand or by computer).

My life story is, well... um, a complete work in progress. However my Internet Life Story, is that my love for the internet grew ever since I learned of its existence when getting a free account from ASU (Arizona State University) back in 91. Soon later, I gained my own account from a provider that gave me web space. I changed service providers twice, moved files to a friends server, then back to another service provider, then finally stuck it under my own personalized domain name. Occasionally I update my pages with something new, or overhaul a design that just sickens me. However my dealings with web engineering and companies, leaves me not much time to dedicate to my personal websites.
